Jialiang Wang

Long Island City is an image-based project depicting the neighborhood of Long Island City in Queens, New York. The series explores and studies the vernacular scenes in great depth. It reveals the untold stories of daily life and reflects the bizarre humor of reality. Composing with large-format film and fictional writings, Jialiang Wang aims to explore his relationship with the habitual space through a clinical yet tender manner, within the quiet words and landscapes.
